My partner and I had a great experience working with Osica to purchase a car. We had contacted other dealerships and inquired about some different vehicles elsewhere, but we felt like the salespeople from other dealerships seemed kind of pushy and we weren’t getting good vibes from the other places. We were also specifically looking to work with a female salesperson because my partner and I are both women, and we knew we would be more comfortable that way. Other dealerships were giving us contradictory information about whether any female workers would be available to work us, and trying to pressure us to just work with male staff. But when we called this Walser Subaru in South Saint Paul, we felt so comfortable the whole time, and we even worked with other women the whole time, including a sales assistant named Holly who was very nice and helpful in setting up our appointment. The sales manager was also a woman and she was super helpful and cool, I wish I could remember her name. As far as the salesperson we worked with, her name was Osica, and she was super knowledgeable, helpful, cool, and did not pressure us in any way. She helped us with a test drive, broke down the numbers of the sale, did a great job going over options for add-ons like maintenance bundling, anti-rust treatment, warranties, etc. She very clearly knew her stuff. She even gave us a tour of the maintenance department and introduced us to a maintenance tech, and helped us ask him a question on the spot about available accessories for the car and costs for those. I would recommend this dealership location and this salesperson to anyone in a heartbeat. My partner and I even drove out of our way when a lot of other places were closer in order to go here to buy our car. If you’re on the fence, just give them a call and ask a couple questions and you will already feel that the vibe is different. 10/10, no notes ♥️

Buying my car from Walser was a great experience. My sales representative Ed Wlaschin was very knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt pressured and had a good feeling walking out of there with my new ride.

My car is always done before their estimated timeline. The staff is professional and friendly. I appreciate the carwash and the coupons they always find to lower the cost, although the cost is always over what is comfortable to pay. (I guess Trump's tariffs and his inflation has hit the auto service business right along with everyone else.) I trust Walser Subaru and their staff to do what is best for my auto.
