Words cannot explain how amazing this dealership is! I didn't even purchase my car from this dealership, I actually purchased it from a nearby Subaru dealer. When I purchased my 2016 WRX STI I loved it, but quite literally the day after purchasing it, the check engine light came on. Through tons of back and forth between the initial dealership and I, I ended up bringing it in for service between 5 or 6 times. All of which led to absolutely no solution, and multiple $400+ bills. So, I looked for another dealership that would use the warranty I had purchased with the car, to which I found Walser Subaru St. Paul. I contacted the service department about bringing it in and explained all of the issues, to which they said they would be extremely happy to diagnose and fix the issue(s). I was led to Keshawn Waldoch, quite literally the most persistent, professional, and personable person I've ever met. When my warranty company didn't want to cover many, if not all, of my repairs, he fought tooth and nail to make sure I was spending the least amount of money possible on repairs. He was an absolute trooper when dealing with the endless excuses they gave us, and never gave up on saving my bank account. From what I can see in other reviews, it seems like the actual buying experience is just as good. It truly goes to show how amazingly this business is ran. Every single employee I've spoken to has been absolutely amazing. I know exactly where I'm going for further service, or even when it's finally time to find another Subaru.

Dealership is neat and clean. You’re welcomed as you enter to see if you need any assistance. Esam the sales guy was very knowledgeable about the Tacoma I ended up purchasing. There was no pushy sales tactics, everything was explained and answered that I had questions on. I would gladly purchase a vehicle from Esam or Walser again. The truck was great, looked like the pictures and nothing was hidden or missing. I ended up having to get it towed back after bringing it home the first night due to a coolant leak but that was from a misrouted belt. I emailed Esam about it on a Sunday, Monday morning I had a call from the dealer who was going to tow it back to the dealership to see what the issue was. The truck was fixed that day and I have put on about 500 perfect miles since. I will gladly refer anyone to Walser and Esam.

Never liked the best price scenario but that being said Osica was helpful in many ways including explanations for the add on options and came in on her day off to finish the deal. Shop is clean and customers are treated nicely. I believe Skip helped with the trade in math and offered a fair deal. I did not finance the vehicle I bought so will leave that blank. Kevin B.
