I have been hesitant to write a review, this is the first time I have been disappointed in my visit. Not because of the service performance, it was fine, but because of some confusion on the extra service warranty I purchased with my lease. I was specifically told it covered oil changes, tire rotation, light bulb changes and wiper blades. All good until this time when I asked for new wiper blades as mine were leaving a streak. I was surprised to find out I was charge $70! Service rep told me there was some confusion with that extra service warranty I purchased. But, they they’re good wipers! Good news, I hate to think I pd $70 for crap! I also asked to speak to someone about t(e end of my lease, just had questions about the process and financing. I don’t remember the name but she seemed completely confused and didn’t understand at all what I was asking. I just wanted general info and she was ready to write me up a sell that day when I never said anything of the sort! There was no communication at all. I left frustrated and confused. That’s why I waited a week to write this. I have never had a bad experience there and sent my daughter to buy her car right after I got mine, even though there is a dealer much closer to her. I liked it there so much! Sorry for ranting but it was a crappy day.
