He spent a lot of time going over the features of the 2024 Subaru I purchased; he answered all of our questions and helped sort out the financial arrangement. He has made himself available to answer future questions. He is friendly and very supportive, cares about his customers! We had a very good experience at the Subaru dealership in Inver Grove Heights. We are happy with our expanded oil change and tire rotation package! The financing was very reasonable.

The service department ensured prompt service, even the repair needed that wasn't planned for in the appointment. Service advisor did all he could to maximize coupons to give me the best deal possible. He was courteous and thorough. I also love the waiting options - lots of tables, chairs, snacks, and even a little dog park so I can multitask - puppy play time while waiting.

The service person greeted me the moment I arrived and told me that the service would take approximately one hour. The waiting area was comfortable and the snacks & beverages were a nice touch. My car was serviced in the time promised and the service person explained what was done and when to expect a brake job would be needed and presented me coupons for future service work. I was very satisfied with my experience!
