This feedback is specifically for Emerson, Sales Manager at the South St Paul Walser location. I was in earlier this week helping my niece buy her first Subaru and officially join the Subie family. I have bought four Subarus from Walser since 2017. My nephew bought his first last year (from South St. Paul) and now my niece bought hers at this same store. I cannot say enough about this location. They are consistently competitive and every sales associate and service employee I have worked with has been outstanding. Emerson has always taken things to another level. He is genuine, communicates clearly, speaks in a way people understand, and does not sugarcoat anything. Over many interactions including sales and trade ins he has shown that he truly cares about the customer experience. He is extremely fair when putting together a deal that works for both sides and that is rare. If it were not for the level of service Emerson has provided over the years I do not know if I would still be a Walser customer or referring my family here. I still have one more family member to convert next year! Thank you Emerson for what you do for Walser and its customers. I have not found this level of consistency or care at any other dealership and still feel guilty about my 5th purchase earlier in February. Won't make that mistake again! Shawn

Been my best experience of any dealership since owning my first Subaru DL station wagon in 1978! While this recent service with them was only for my 3rd oil/filter change on my new '26 Ascent Touring @ 4K miles, their multi-point inspection with an included 3-1/2 min. video was very in-depth. Their service time was also efficient and the facility was very clean, & the waiting area was very generous with lots of seating within the showroom with refreshments being about the best I've seen anywhere. I want to be generous in my evaluation. I appreciated the staff (and the sales staff as well), but we brought our new used 2012 Impreza home with three problems, two of which required a return for Service: 1) A tire dangerously low on air 2) A dash panel with lights that went on for no reason 3) Air conditioning that only worked on one side (badly)

Friendly, professional and respectful team members made sure I was fully informed about all aspects of my service appointment.
