We were very impressed with Raeqon and Pat, Raeqon was very patient, and incredibly attentive. When we needed to slowly explain the problem with the car via translator he took his time to listen and understand. Excellent work, his manager Pat was also diligent in helping. Thank you so much!

They do a fantastic job all around, have comfortable waiting area with snacks and drinks, which you will not spend an eternity waiting in because they are fast, they wash the vehicle, do inspection and complete service with in less than 90 min, often less than an hour.

I had your $20.00 coupon for a while in my purse and actually, was the reason I brought my car earlier then necessary, before the coupon expired. Although I love how efficient you all are, everything went so fast at the payment process, I forgot to give my coupon! I called right when I got home and the representative said there was nothing Subaru could do. I strongly suggest that you ask your customer if they have a coupon. Thank you!

Everyone was courteous and the repair was fine, though we had to wait a few days. Our disappointment was that we had just brought the car home and the needed repairs weren't discovered and fixed prior to our assuming ownership. In addition to those repairs, one tire was dangerously low. We were told that we were fortunate to have purchased the warantee, but the car should not have needed repairs that were undetected at the point of purchase.

Overall my experience is always good. I wish that my subaru app was a place that I could utilize to make appointments. Unfortunately, your location simply refers you to the service phone number despite the capability to make appointments from the website page. Why not refer to the website instead?
