I want to be generous in my evaluation. I appreciated the staff (and the sales staff as well), but we brought our new used 2012 Impreza home with three problems, two of which required a return for Service: 1) A tire dangerously low on air 2) A dash panel with lights that went on for no reason 3) Air conditioning that only worked on one side (badly)

Communication the first day (and video!) including updates. And the second day, follow through after a check-in call. Just a thought if a car is overnight and different technician, make sure they get the work order ;)

While our family loves Subaru, this review is really for Dan, the general manager. I called here in a panic today because my kid had managed to get her door lock wedged in a way where we couldn't close the door. We were late for an appointment and troubleshooting in the heat. On a whim I called this dealership hoping maybe someone could advise me on what to do or try next. Dan took the call and was so kind and helpful. Within a couple minutes the door was fixed and we were on our way! I can't thank him enough, and I think how he handled my panicked call says so much about their customer service and the value they provide. Thank you again, Dan!

It seems like everytime i get service within a week I get a coupon for more money off than then that was available at the time. So frustrating.
