They were very helpful with my service (oil change and tire rotation). I thought my car was due for a tune-up, but the tech noticed that I'd had that done 4 months ago, and just did the inspection. I'm glad they keep track!

Quick and efficient-provided documentation-

There was a slight problem when the mechanic left the oil filler cap off which made an oil mess. The service department corrected the problem to my satisfaction.

We have used this dealer since purchasing our first Subaru. The service department is outstanding to work with. They are in touch with you via video before and the service is done. Ben has been the first contact person each time the vehicle is in for service. Always greats me with a smile that can make your day. Goes over everything that is on the service order to make sure it is accurate then lets me know if there is something that may need checking. He also follows up after the service is done. A pleasure to work with!
