I want to be generous in my evaluation. I appreciated the staff (and the sales staff as well), but we brought our new used 2012 Impreza home with three problems, two of which required a return for Service: 1) A tire dangerously low on air 2) A dash panel with lights that went on for no reason 3) Air conditioning that only worked on one side (badly)

Absolute perfection as far as service goes. I was in for routine maintenance and was updated several times including a video of my vehicles components. Overall my experience is always good. I wish that my subaru app was a place that I could utilize to make appointments. Unfortunately, your location simply refers you to the service phone number despite the capability to make appointments from the website page. Why not refer to the website instead?
