Yesterday I purchased my first car at Walser. The team was so nice and helpful. I worked with a Mrs. Maria Medina Alzate who made the process so simple and easy! I live in Kansas and they even called the Kansas dmv to get my liscense and registration set up! Highly recommend this location if your thinking of going with a Subaru!

Vehicle was brought in for a recall inspection which was completed in a timely manner in about 30 minutes.
As part of my service, I had my oil changed. The new oil filter was not screwed on appropriately and subsequently caused a large oil leak all over my garage floor. To their credit, they did fix this issue without charge, but I do still have the large oil patch in my garage.
Friendly service advisors. They do a great job of getting you and out in a sort amount of time. Quality of work performed has been excellent.

Great service center at the dealership. They were able to address my concern with vehicle that was not identified previously. They worked quickly to remedy the situation and did not charge labor for installation of part. Very happy with that solution.

Great service department. Took my vehicle for maintenance and they found several issues which is expected. I usually take my vehicle in for service 2-3 times a year. They fixed the issues but I had to return the next week for another repair but they did not charge me labor. I was greatly impressed by this. I will be back and highly recommend!

I was given two free oil changes when the car was purchased, I had only used one. The day of the second oil change I signed up for the discounted four oil change program, instead of using the 2nd oil change from vehicle purchase the oil change was deducted from the new program. It would be nice to have the correction made.

The service guys were good. I had done what needed to be done. I inquired about the heat in my steering wheel, it’s like warm and was told it would be 195.00 to look at it. I bought an extended warranty. No mention of that. I declined. Because I thought was too high. They could have put their hand on it to tell me if they felt it was normal or not. My thoughts anyway.
