I'm a numbers person and came in with a lot of questions, and Dan was patient, answered every one, and sent clear, itemized quotes every time I asked for a new scenario. The whole experience was so great! I felt like they were working together with me to help me get the car I wanted, instead of trying to trick me into buying one that they wanted me to buy, as I've experienced elsewhere. Despite needing a tire replacement due to puncture and use of tire sealant to get to Walser, wasn’t given an opportunity to replace can of sealant, nor clarification of which sealant is approved for 2026 Forester Hybrid Limited

People were very nice, in a training mode so didn’t have all the answers but were willing to ask others.

After my experience with this location, I needed a therapist. Rank amateurs, snooty suburban attitudes, poor slick sales tactics, no follow through, lazy entitled Gen Z workers with the exception of the lazy entitled boomers. I should have bought a bmw.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment but was immediately taken care of. Told him what was needed, left my keys and he advised it would be just over an hour. I had left my phone in the car, and he (in a wheelchair) brought it to me in the very nice waiting room. It was completed on time.

Technology doesn't always make things better but Walser has deployed technology tools that really do help the consumer - I love seeing the video walkthrough / inspection of the car and getting alerts when service is complete / being able to pay invoice directly from my phone is a huge time saver. The front desk staff also left me with a parting gift for my toddler at home when I told them I was going to share the video with them as well. He enjoyed the video and the Hot Wheels car!

I have been hesitant to write a review, this is the first time I have been disappointed in my visit. Not because of the service performance, it was fine, but because of some confusion on the extra service warranty I purchased with my lease. I was specifically told it covered oil changes, tire rotation, light bulb changes and wiper blades. All good until this time when I asked for new wiper blades as mine were leaving a streak.
