Maria was exceptionally good at being available to me and answering my questions. This support made me more comfortable with making such a big purchase. It is good to know she says she will continue to be available if I have any more questions. I also appreciate that she helped me link up my phone…AND Maria noticed the scratch on my car before I finalized payment and drove it off lot. Glad they were able to repair scratch by the next week.
I came to walser Subaru about a year ago with no down payment and bad credit and they spent 30 minutes to an hour with me trying to make something work but they couldn’t which was ok but it made me really wanna come back now my credit had improved and I had a down payment and it was an amazing experience! Cory (and Dan) were great to work with. I would highly recommend requesting Cory if you go in. Cory let us drive the vehicle ourselves rather than riding with us which allowed us to actually get a feel for the vehicle. He and Dan were not pushy at all, let us take the time to actually look at the vehicle and very responsive to what we were looking for.
