The sales person was very helpful and nice to deal with, The sales manager was a little more aggressive when it came to using their financing. I had a preapproved rate from my credit union of 4.99 percent and he wanted to try and beat it so my wife and I both had to fill out the credit app. The rate came back higher than the 4.99 but there was still pressure to use their financing because it wasn't that much of a difference. The dealer did not disclose damage to the car before arrival. Obvious front end damage that they claimed no one noticed even after it had been through their inspection process twice. Dealer offered discount which was acceptable. Sales person really pushed gap insurance to the point that I had to say that I would walk out if he continued. Overall not a great experience. Finance manger was great to work with and the used car manager did what he needed to do to get the sale done. Just another car dealership.

My husband took our Outback for service on Tuesday and had a wonderful experience. He arrived early and was taken right away. The waiting area was comfortable with great coffee and granola bars! They kept us informed with text messages throughout the service appointment time and seemed very thorough in checking everything. It was an excellent experience! Thank you!

Fast service and never feel pressured to do work my vehicle. Love the videos on the work they are doing/did and appreciate that they don’t make you feel like not following a simple fix (ie an air filter) will destroy your vehicle. I do miss coming out to washed vehicle though.

The waiting area is exceptional and their adoption of digital tools has created a great customer experience. For routine service they do record their vehicle inspection for you to watch which is awesome. Invoicing / payments can all be done from your phone as well. This location consistently under promises and over delivers.

Shop Great. Salesman fantastic like normal. Got tx from preferred customer dealer representative. Understood him fine. But dealership shouldn’t call him Preferred Customer Representative. From a 10 year customer. 5 new Subaru purchased. Dozens of customers referred to Walser Sales and Service. Apparently that’s not enough to be a “ Preferred Customer “ That’s at 3 different locations over the years.

I know for a fact that the tire pressures recorded on the inspection sheet were pencil whipped. 4 tires were all different when the vehicle went in, and were all different when it came out. Also makes me question whether they were even rotated. Yes, I was using the readings that the car gave me, which some may say are not accurate, but when I got home i checked all tires with a gauge and had to air them up myself. We really enjoyed working with Carlos. He was very easy to talk to, understood all of our concerns, and was completely knowledgeable about the process of car purchasing. He informed us about the tradeoffs associated with purchasing a used vehicle vs. a new basic model vs. a new hybrid.
